the location is convenient, right by the tram, useful.
The ipad controls are more annoying than helpful. I can control the lights, but there is no kettle in the room. ironing requires going to a shared ironing room. That is inconvenient. the breakfast costs extra, and better options are available nearby.

the hotel provides large refillable water bottles. these were on ice with fruit and this kept me hydrated. location is ideal, the metro and trams are very close. the staff is amazing and friendly.
i can control the lights and the blinds with an ipad. but, the bathroom was a cubicle. there was no kettle in the room. the breakfast is not worth the money and definitely not worth €18.

I find the staff very friendly. The location is ideal, there is a Metro within a 2min walk. It only take 2 stops to get to the Centre. The king bed and fluffy pillows feels so luxury.
